Sighting and Photographs

In February 2014, an aircraft of triangular shape matching the description of black triangles was sighted and photographed several times in daylight over Kansas and Texas. Jeff Templin, an amateur photographer, took pictures of the object while photographing wildlife in Kansas. The images show a triangular aircraft in daylight.

Further Details and Witnesses

Over Kansas the object flew alone, showed a straight trailing edge, and made no audible noise. It performed S-turns at great altitude, above 26,000 feet, and left contrails, which points to a multi-engine design. Experts such as Bill Sweetman, Graham Warwick, and Guy Norris of Aviation Week confirmed that the photographs are genuine and do not show a B-2 Spirit. Similar but distinct triangular aircraft were photographed over Amarillo, Texas on March 10, 2014 by Steve Douglass and Dean Muskett; those flew in formation and made noise.

Significance and Speculation

The incidents point to two different secret US military projects, possibly stealth transports or long-range bombers such as the LRSB. Military sources and industry experts take them to be classified aircraft that were deliberately allowed to be seen, as with the B-2 during its test phase. The images provide rare evidence of black projects and feed debates about UAP versus conventional technology.
